October 22, 2019 I was picked up by my forever mom and headed to my new home! At first I was very unsure of the car kennel and was letting my mom know.
But I settled down quickly and took a big nap on the ride home. Once I got home my mom took me out of the kennel and I knew instantly I was at my forever home and was going to be so spoiled.
After I took some time to familiarize myself with my new play pen, find my potty patch so I know where to go to the bathroom, and play with my new toys, it was time to meet my new siblings! I live with 3 wonderful dogs and I absolutely loved them when I first met them! They love me too, we even got to play a little bit outside of my pen. I also live with a wonderful human sister who is 1 years old. She loves me and thought I was the funniest little creature, I love her too. After all of that fun, I was exhausted so I snuggled up in my new comfy bed and took a big nap.
My nap was short lived because when I heard mom mixing together the dinner bowls, I was up and waiting for mine. My first meal at home was amazing! Mom mixed some yummy flaxseed into my pellets, and even a super yummy children's vitamin with iron to keep be healthy and strong. I ate it all up no problem. First meal at home was a huge success!
After dinner my mom put me in a super comfy jacket so we could go outside and check out my new outside play pen with my 4-legged siblings. I thought it was really cool because it had timothy hay in it and a nice house so I can stay out of the sun when I'm outside if I need to. It was a little cold outside so I told my mom I wanted to go back inside. Once we came inside I had some essential bonding time with mom and called it a night. Mom says tomorrow is going to be a big day because I'm going to work with her. Can't wait!
